SimStapler was submitted to us and we just had to feature it right away. They say money can’t buy happiness, but does that mean if it’s free it makes you happy? SimStapler is a free application – that simulates an application – that was available on classic Mac OS 9. It allows users to simulate a simulation of stapling paper together. Yep, that’s it.

Rubber Duck

This application allows users to push a rubber duck and hear him squeak. According to the developer’s description – it’s “sure to give you a few laughs”. It gave me one, for the fact that I spent five minutes downloading it, syncing my iPhone, scrolling through the pages to find it and clicking it. I make it quack once and I had enough. But you can change the background!

iDemocrat/iRepublican

The iDemocrat/iRepublican applications have a simple goal. Hold them up at your partie’s rallies and more. The application displays a “Proud to be a Democrat/Republican” screen – that’s about it. No seriously. The best part about this is, there’s also a .99 cent version. Which does the same exact thing.

This is a golden one. For those of you that are 1) in an emergency situation and 2) forget how to call 911. This app will automatically dial 911 for you. But wait, it gets better – to make sure you don’t accidentally dial it, it will wait for a certain amount of time before calling. Great way to get in touch with a first responder in a hurry. Why don’t you just dial it yourself?
