If you’ve ever drunk dialed an ex-boyfriend or a girl you’ve got your eye on, you’ve probably learned that it’s a bad idea. Yet, we continue to do it; it’s the only time we ever feel confident enough to say what we want to say. And now, there’s an iPhone app specifically designed to test your ability to make that call when you’re tipsy.
